Taste the delicacies and delights from around the world. The Chart Room Restaurant is your travel guide on a gastronomic journey across the globe. On the first Friday of the month (October to May) the Chart Room will present a five course themed dinner with paired wines. Join the Chart Room chefs and visiting wine experts for the social event of the month!

New Year's Eve
This year, the Chart Room Restaurant again sets the standard for a New Years' Eve to remember. The creativity of our chefs continues to amaze us. This year, in addition to our wonderful menu, specials will be created to tantalize your taste buds and stimulate your senses.
